Reddy Airport Parking

We actually booked with Aussie parking, but unbeknown to us Reddy bought out Aussie recently. So after not receiving an confirmation after a few days we rang and were promised that manager will ring back next day, he didn't! A few days later same thing, no promised return call. The evening before our trip I tried multiple times to call them and straight to message bank, again with a promise to call back (yeah right). We finally got hold of them when we were nearly at the parking station. Which we were told our credit card statement would be our proof of payment. And they admitted there were a few missed calls from the night before, and they were open at the time. In future I would rather pay the more expensive airport parking, it would be easier and better all round.
